Responsibility is to recruit, train and certify volunteers for the CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) Program, as well as the Map Your Neighborhood Program and the Amateur Radio Emergency System (ARES) I schedule approximately 120 people per year for these three programs. Training is recurring after certification. Programs build community awareness in the event of a natural disaster and prepare them for search and rescue operations and triage for injured. I also teach amateur radio for those that wish to obtain their License. Completed FBI Citizens Academy to provide community outreach for cooperation with FBI Operations.
Reviewed all operations. Developed and implemented new controls on administrative and financial functions.
