Key job responsibilities In this role, you will be leading and developing a team of systems, software, and data engineers who create and support the different product initiatives across our team.
You will use your technical expertise to guide your team to creatively meet short-term and long-term business objectives, being strategic and tactical or operational as needed.
You will be partnering with leaders at every level across the full breadth of WW RME, and must be creative and forward leaning in developing solutions.
You will be as needed both broad and deep.
You will work with product teams to define the right customer experience and engage engineering teams across different RME regions.
A day in the lifeThis Manager TPM role's scope includes defining strategy, processes and requirements, and leading a tech team to drive across functional teams from design through delivery of models and workflows to generate insights and real-time alerts.
You will be accountable for a team that works with GPS customers to drive the entire lifecycle, from definition through specification, development, quality assurance and launch.
Most importantly, you will influence engineering teams to build the right solutions.
This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks, and change control.
Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
