As our Marketing Manager, New Business, you will.

Contribute to company performance by leading and managing the development, execution and performance of marketing programs for New Business.
Including but not exclusive to:
rental, licensing, wholesale and international business Responsibilities Core AccountabilitiesDrive and lead the development, execution and performance reporting of marketing campaigns and initiatives for new businesses.
Campaigns will support and complement the go-to-market campaigns, align with brand activations, increase brand affinity and drive traffic to related channels.
Create corporate RFPs and manage external agency partners when needed.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure integration and consistency with parent brand messaging.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Eddie Bauer internal Licensing, Wholesale, and International team & external Rental Channel partners.
Interface directly with business partners and lead the representation the marketing organization.
Effectively lead and execute the SOP for all projects and requests for new business.
Drive process from inception to rollout.
Lead, develop and assist with New Business marketing programs with cross functional partners (CFT)Contribute to the development of marketing plan programs for seasonal campaigns that drive traffic and conversion.
Manage and own the marketing calendar for New Business.
Manage communication with CFT and partner on ad hoc marketing requests.
Support CFT teams in implementation of events - in-store, local opportunities, digital campaigns.
Develop New Business marketing program hindsight reports with recommendations for future execution.
Create and implement plans for the introduction of new partners and channels.
Prepare quarterly competitive analysis reports for the leadership team.
Manage marketing budget related to New Business.

Qualifications Education/Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or marketing5
years of proven marketing experience with a focus in retail and lifestyleExtensive experiencing managing wholesale accounts and external vendorsSuccessful track record in development of results-oriented retail marketing programsExcellent project management skillsUnderstanding and passion for retailStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic thinkingSuperior written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people/functions at many levelsAbility to manage multiple projects over multiple focus areas in a fast-paced environmentPhysical Requirements:

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position.
As an International Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume.
This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
