Enterprise Account Representative

Amazon is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and analytical Account Representative.
The ideal candidate will be excited about launching a new start-up from the beginning of its life cycle, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a history generating new business with Enterprise accounts.
Amazon Freight is building systems and capabilities to ensure that external Customers' freight is moved with the highest service and lowest possible costs.

As an Account Representative, you will be assigned an Enterprise Shipper portfolio and be responsible for customer satisfaction, escalation and issue resolution, and growth.
You will work cross-functionally with business development, implementation, operations, product/technology, pricing, planning, marketing, and legal to drive a great customer experience.
You will work on relationship strategy and design and must be willing to roll-up your sleeves to support daily execution tasks.
The ideal candidate will:
Identify and close new business with Enterprise Shippers.
Drive adoption of emerging products and services.
Engage with internal and external business teams to identify opportunities to improve performance and service.
Earn trust of customers and recommend product solutions that fit their business needs.
Measure performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas.
Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams.
Translate Customer KPIs to influence standard of work.
Create program goals and related metrics, track progress, and manage through obstacles to achieve objectives.
Analyze purchasing processes and present solutions to improve end user experiences, reduce costs, and accelerate organization performance.
Liaison with technical integration teams on both customer and Amazon side to ensure integration of our product in customer's technology landscape.
Assess program risks, anticipate challenges, and provide escalation management when necessary.
Identify prioritization and trade-offs for meeting adoption and revenue targets.
This job will require strong communication skills while having the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high pressure, and ambiguous, work environment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
