Seattle/Bellevue Corporate Moves Manager

As a member of the Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) team overseeing the Move program for corporate office space, this position will lead the Move execution strategy for the Seattle and Bellevue region.
This role will be responsible for program development, optimization & standardization of the program in addition to the customer relationship and strategic communications with our customers.
This candidate must operate as a true partner with our customer - both employees and business leaders and work closely with GREF teams including Strategic planning, Facilities, Design & Construction, Post Occupancy Projects, and our various cultural programs to drive a highly integrated process.
They must demonstrate a sense of urgency, bias for action, attention to detail and be comfortable operating in both the strategic and tactical levels, simultaneously acting as an internal ambassador, educator, analyst, solutions architect, and implementer.
Having and in-depth knowledge of MAC Services and project management with a strong financial acumen, is critical.
This individual must also have experience developing, implementing and managing a number of scalable programs.
The optimal candidate is an experienced professional who will excel within an entrepreneurial culture - providing vision, leadership, and communication - but not afraid to dive into details.
He/she should have a passion for operations as well as great attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall employee move experience in Seattle & Bellevue corporate offices.
Accountable for the ownership & execution of the master move schedule on behalf of GREF Develop and maintain a strong working partnership with GREF Strategic planning and Space Program Managers.
Establish, implement, and maintain strategies and best practices for employee moves.
Supports the creation and delivery of Move program objectives, process, procedures and deliverable.
Work in partnership with the facility management team to prepare and execute upon employee moves Support change Management effort as it relates to moves into different space types.
On-going evaluation of program deliverable to assess for efficiencies and scalability Directly Manage multiple vendors to deliver services required for Moves Program.
Prepare and deliver program improvement recommendations which may come in the form of written documentation or presentations.
Develop customer communication tools/ presentations which may include schedules, space change management, and building/neighborhood orientation.
Develops and maintains positive client relationships.
Conducts client meetings on unresolved move related issues in an expeditious and professional manner.
Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles.
Ability to calculate complex figures.
Collaborate with cross functional partners such as IT, HR, Corp Security to build efficiencies in Move program Drives strategy and direction for the Move program that is scalable across entire portfolio Further develops standards and procedures as business and customer needs evolve Develops quality control methodology for each vendor to ensure standards are consistently being met Own and manage the ongoing development of the Move Play book Serves as the primary interface with BU and client to understand business direction and changing workplace needs (migration plans).

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
