PHP Developer

Part-time, off-hours need for a PHP developer for a custom CRM project.
Looking for a developer with great project management and communication skills, who can work independently while keeping client updated on a daily basis.
Occasional travel into Auburn work-site will be required.
Basic requirements include:
Must have:
PHP (vanilla - no specific framework), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySSQL, Jquery, Bootstrap Experience running Apache on a Windows server Excellent with time management & estimation Superb communication skills, both oral & written.
Clear, concise and consistent.
Successful experience working remotely and developing own bench marks, check ins and setting up status meetings.
Project can largely be done remotely.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
