Salesforce Developer

The Salesforce Developer will join Local Experts (LX) to drive automation of operational processes and handle the integrations of various business systems for our Salesforce.

Responsibilities:
You will develop, implement and run Salesforce integration strategies and strategic initiatives You will seek out ways to utilize Salesforce to improve processes, productivity and build scalable solutions You will create custom objects, fields, formulas, reports and dashboards You will design and optimize user interfaces using Visualforce pages Develop and maintain validation rules and custom workflow rules Work with groups to understand their business processes and requirement You will translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs Create design and technical specification documentation You will drive resolution of all issues that come up during development phase You will communicate project status to key partners throughout entire development process Contribute on select projects through the software development lifecycle:

years of experience with Salesforce administration & development, customization and related tools Salesforce Administration Certified, Salesforce Developer Certification Preferred Detailed knowledge of Salesforce.
com architecture Experience using Salesforce.
com data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector) Development skills in HTML, Java, and SQL Experience writing SOQL and SOSL queries Experience with Visualforce and APEX Understanding of relational databases and has developed a competency around MS SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle A strong focus and a capacity to collaborate with partners to build, fix and optimize processes Ability to analyze and creatively resolve complex business and technical problems Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong communication skills, creativity and drive for results Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization Ability to maintain deadlines Knowledge of Online Travel and Airline Industries, a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
