Sr. Program Manager
Concur is seeking a delivery-oriented, strategic program manager to join our Cloud Services team. The Cloud Services team provides infrastructure and platform services for Concur solutions and is a key partner for our internal solution delivery teams. This role will focus on building and improving internal services and processes to impact how Concur internal teams consume our services. This role will work cross the Cloud Services organization and with our internal customers to define customer needs and create a roadmap for delivery. At Concur our customers come first and this role will help ensure we maintain a high quality bar for our internal customers.
The candidate will have a proven record of full cycle program management, from conception and design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing multiple program areas - maintain ongoing operations, track delivery against program objectives and implement proposals to improve program services and efficiencies
Executing organization-wide initiatives define project plans, assemble resources, manage implementation activities, and develop all processes associated with program rollout and ongoing support to include team goals and overall business planning
Identifying new opportunities assess and prioritize program/process needs based on leadership/business needs, candidate needs, or team/efficiency needs
Improving services and processes - represent customer interests in the selection and implementation of solutions, monitor SLAs, provide ongoing feedback, and address service issues

Basic
Qualifications:
5
years of relevant program management experience including financial accountability
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT systems, operations, and processes
Experience leading cross-functional projects/programs with demonstrated expertise leading without authority to achieve results
Ability to develop and implement operational processes and procedures across geographically distributed teams with demonstrated operational excellence outcome
Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking program metrics including return on investment
Passion for enabling awesome customer experiences and demonstrated success in delivering excellence
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
