VP, Product Management

As VP Product Management, you will have an opportunity to lead a team that defines product road-map and strategy, gathers, analyzes and defines product requirements and ensures successful product releases and revenue generation based on corporate priorities and targets.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Lead a team that will conduct market research to identify and forecast market opportunities ahead of time, analyze findings and present alternatives. Team is comprised of product and business analysts, product management and technical resources.
Develop, maintain and execute an 18-24 month product road map, and lead team to create business use cases based on these road maps; or each business use case, create business requirements, functional and technical specifications.
Manage product lifecycle from ideation to maturity by optimizing feature selection in release roadmap
Ensure customer value based decisions are made with respect to product development of feature set and market timing.
Drive to revenue targets while managing costs of development and implementation
Responsible for development of solution stack based on architecture team's guidance and product roadmap
Act as anchor through the product release lifecycle
Manage achievement of milestones and quality goals, following guidelines for agile methodology set by the PMO organization.
Proactively collect customer feedback on product features/functions/usability/performance, analyze such feedback and initiate necessary actions, communicating with customers and other stakeholders
Required Experience
BA/BS in Business, computer Science or related field, MS preferred
Proven cross-functional management of work within a matrixed and virtual environment
Demonstrated strategy formulation and implementation skills, solid understanding of revenue generation requirements, Agile and other PMO requirements, and value realization of product features

years product management experience in software, including 5
years in healthcare (payer or provider markets for value based products), 2
yrs experience in EDI and 5
yrs people management experience
Ability to communicate and make persuasive presentations effectively at all levels within and outside the organization
Demonstrated experience in the following areas:
Ability to analyze market research data and identify trends
Preparing business cases for senior management after careful evaluation of relevant business alternatives
Ability to conceptualize and understand solution architecture
Expertise in all phases of product lifecycle
Engineering skills or evidence of effectively managing technical resources
Ability to review product documentation and collateral for content an accuracy
Program management skills
Experience in managing expectations of internal and external stakeholders
Leading, coaching and mentoring team of technical resources, including effective hiring and performance management skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
