HR Coordinator

GENERAL
Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator performs a variety of duties to assist the department in the operation and execution of HR processes, programs and functions in alignment with the Company's overall principles, regulations and policies, to help create a results-oriented, high performance work environment.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
HR Report Generation - Assists in the development and generation of periodic HR reports and prepares and develops spreadsheets to assist with analyzing costs and overall effectiveness.
Maintains HR Personnel records according to policy, assuring accuracy, compliance and confidentiality.
Advise HR Partners and other internal HQ Departments regarding record documentation to ensure compliance within the organization's practices, procedure, and policies. Facilitate record storage and retrieval from off-site storage area. Support to update training materials, user guides, job aides and additional communications as needed
Collaborate with HR team to continuously improve HR practices and policies to ensure compliance and maximum efficiency
Respond to inquiries and request, escalating issues as needed to management.
Trouble shoots and resolve issues ensuring operational guidelines and policies are followed.
Monitor daily personnel action processing: develop and/or modify process documentation to ensure data integrity.
Maintain strict confidentiality and act in accordance with policies and compliance regulations.
Perform related duties based on departmental need.
Relevant Work Experience
Minimum: One (1) years of human resource experience
Preferred: Three (3) years of human resource experience, including international corporation experience.

Understands and appreciates differences in HR COEs and is able to respond to their individual needs relative to the job the associate performs.
Communicates all appropriate information in a timely manner. Listens attentively and participates actively with peers and customers in order to develop meaningful solutions
Demonstrates sensitivity to deadlines and commitments. Adapts to changes in business, job and customer requirements, systems, procedures, tools, team members and methods.
Keeps pace with overall demands of department Exhibits a positive outlook when faced with obstacles. Communicates difficulties to appropriate parties and, when needed, seeks assistance in order to meet deadlines in a timely manner. Adapts to change and is flexible in meeting changing priorities.
Analyzes data, processes, and systems. Draws conclusions and makes recommendations based on analysis. Understands customer needs and helps customer see alternative solutions that Shared Services can deliver. Conducts basic research/investigations in response to customer and management inquiries. Reports findings. Communicates with customer on a variety of issues, from basic to more complex.
Multi-Tasking: Effectively handles multiple projects and job-related tasks concurrently. This includes, but is not limited to tracking, investigating, analyzing, documenting, organizing, auditing and training self and others. Based on established procedures, presents options to solve problems within scope of job. Executes solutions to problems but may need guidance from management. Owns processes and workflow. Meets deadlines for tracking, auditing, analyzing any customer or management requests. Runs and organizes small projects. Works effectively on less routine customer issues, tasks, responsibilities and/or duties concurrently. A variety of issues and tasks are less similar in nature. Occasionally relies on others for assistance or direction.
Preferred:
Familiarity with industrial human resource modules, including but not limited to: budgeting & staffing, leadership management, compensation & benefits, training & development, labor law, etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
