General Manager of Sales and Operations - Bellevue, WA Must have sales, leasing, and residential/commercial real estate experience. Property management experience is highly desirable.
Premier Business Centers is the largest privately owned Executive Suite operator with over 70 locations in the US.
We are currently seeking motivated professionals with prior sales, management and leadership experience. Due to Premier Business Center's continued growth and expansion, a number of exciting opportunities are available for the very best qualified General Manager candidates.

Position is: Full-Time(8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday)
Available: Immediately
Salary: DOE, based salary plus Incentive Pay (Benefits, 9 Paid Holidays, Bonuses) Professional Attire Required
Location: Bellevue, WA. Office is located near the intersection of NE 8th Street and 110th Street
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and management abilities.
Strong sales experience particularly in the areas of needs analysis, articulating value and closing.
Experience in proactive business generation
Experience in personnel administration.
An understanding of corporate protocol.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office & Outlook).
Responsibilities:
Achieve a high level of profitability at your location by aggressively leasing offices, performing regular rent increases and promoting all services.
Ensure a strong local market presence through professional networking activities
Lead and motivate staff to deliver the highest level of customer service.
Ensuring that all clients receive a consistent level of customer service, in terms of personnel, office equipment performance, physical appearance, functionality of the center and positive customer-service attitude of all center employees.
Verify that the centers are adhering to all safety policies.
