Relocation Director - Business Development Center

The Relocation Director offers a high-level of support to the Executive Vice President of Business Development in the areas of managing a team of relocation professionals, managing partnerships with National and International Relocation Management companies and agent/broker teams. This position serves as a daily contact for policy clarification, recommending best and next practices, and providing service recovery when necessary. This position is also responsible for professionally executing sales initiatives designed to fulfill the growth & revenue goals of the relocation department.

Required Qualifications
- Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent education and/or work experience.
Minimum of 6 years Relocation Management experience required.
CRP Designation required

- Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Experience managing teams of relocation professionals.
Background in all aspects of global mobility.
History of accountability for an overall mobility program.
Experience providing strategic resources for business and Human Resources partners on all types of assignments, including executive level relocations.
Proven success with complex mobility functions, including international assignment management.
Proven success with domestic relocations with full home sale assistance.
Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage competing demands and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong team building and interpersonal skills. Ability to generate a feeling of trust and confidence, and establish and maintain effective relationships as necessitated by work assignments. Strives for continuous improvement and solicits customer feedback to improve service.
Effective written, verbal and listening communications skills. Ability to speak clearly, listen and get clarification; read and interpret written information; write clearly, accurately and concisely. Ability to read and write English fluently.

Driving one's own vehicle may be required as part of this position. Employee must own or have access to a vehicle and possess/maintain their own vehicle liability/accident insurance. Business mileage will be reimbursed in accordance with Company policy, at the IRS standard business mileage rate.
Must be willing to fly to various locations across the country.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
