Position Description
This posting is for a first level manager of the Fuels Electrical Systems Design and Analysis engineering team supporting the 747, 767, and 777 programs. This position will report directly to the Senior Manager of the 777 Propulsion Organization.
Will manage employees performing engineering and technical activities within Propulsion Systems Division. Specifically, electrical systems design, analysis and certification for the Engine, APU and Fuels systems. The managers will be expected to develop statement of work and obtain resources in order to execute project and process plans, implementation of policies and procedures and in achieving operational goals. The manager in this position will also expect to provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements necessary to achieve BCA and Program improvement targets. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with Program Leaders, airline customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, and high quality consistent communication of progress and performance to leadership. Manages, develops and motivates employees through various initiatives initiated internally or through program directives.

Basic Qualifications For Consideration
