Responsibilities:
oEnsuring the product is built in such a way that it's reliable, maintainable, scalable and meeting business objectives.
oImprove the customer experience through product innovations, site enhancements and initiatives.
oContribute to architectural best practices, web infrastructure and all other application development platforms.
oLead to advancing the team's design methodology and quality programming practices.
oWork closely with other Devs, Test, PM, & Operations to design, develop, test and deploy world-class software.
Qualifications:
oStrong technical background with 4
years of relevant experience in technical development
oPractical experience in developing production quality code for high volume ecommerce system
oProven background with MVC framework such as Spring MVC or Struts
oProficient in Java/C++, XML, HTML, CSS, SQL and JavaScript
oGood knowledge of open source, agile, & software engineering industry standards and best practices
oExcellent problem solving skills and interpersonal skills
oStrong verbal/written communication skills and excellent organizational skills
oExperience working with offshore and remote teams
oA BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, preferred
