Key Functions:
Manage entitlements, permitting, scheduling, budgets and construction oversight of new residential subdivision projects.
Conduct feasibility studies on new residential projects as a part of the feasibility team.
Manage project closeouts, release of deposits and other securities as assigned.
Negotiate and manage contracts with engineers, surveyors, contractors and other vendors.
Coordinate with jurisdictions, utility companies, consultants, contractors and other team members.
Work effectively in a high performance, challenging, detail oriented, multi-task environment.
Manage bid document preparation, bidding processes, estimating, and bid analysis.
Bachelor's degree with a major emphasis in planning, engineering and/or construction management required;
3 years experience required; 5
years desired.
Familiar with zoning and development regulations, building codes and permitting procedures.
Experience in project feasibility review and entitlement approval processes.
Experience in development cost estimating and analysis skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Contract preparation and management skills.
Experience in land development project management, with emphasis on construction and budget management.
Training or experience in win/win negotiations.
