Mactus Group is seeking a passionate Marketing Manager who will inspire our Field Engagement & Sales Teams through regular field communications, training, internal events, sales materials and a seamless GTM rhythm that will help drive sales globally. Our ideal candidate is an experienced global marketer with 10 years of experience in executing global marketing programs, field engagement, and events. He/she must be self-motivated and have a proven track record of delivering results for internal business partners.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the content required for the GTM rhythm
Update the GTM roadmap monthly
Manage the release of our sales materials thru the GTM process
Complete the GTM one pagers required for each release item
Complete the GTM content submission forms for each release item
Package all materials (BOM) for each GTM monthly release and upload to GTM share
Create monthly summary PPT for
GTM call downs
Manage a regular communication rhythm with our ad sales specialists including:
Deliver weekly internal field sales newsletter including content coordination, writing and distribution
Manage delivery of field alerts within our BG and distribution to appropriate sales teams
Coordinate & manage content on internal sales Sharepoint site to meet needs of ad sales specialist
Develop and manage field communication calendar to align with product launches, events, etc.
Create and send surveys to field to gather feedback, track results and KPI
Manage Training Plan & execution
Develop & coordinate training 101 materials, and calendar to on-board new sales specialist,
Work cross functionally to integrate advertising into their training content, & curriculum; create materials
Work with sales teams to gather feedback, insights into training content & create training materials
Manage tracking of training program results, distribution of prizes, and surveys
Coordinate presenters (SME) for training
Create and send survey's to field to gather feedback, track results
Manage and execute internal events included Sales off-site logistics, agenda, presenters, survey follow-up
Assist in creating client ready sale materials
Assist with creating and localizing sales materials by country (presentations, one-sheets, etc)
Distribution materials thru internal channels
Develop stories thru audience data
SKILLS:
Story writing, messaging & copywriting skills for sales materials and training materials
Clear, persuasive presentation, verbal and written communications skills
Excellent project management skills
You are organized and process oriented
Proficient in Power Point presentations
Ability to drive results working across functional teams and across organizations
Collaborative working style and must work well under pressure and deadlines
Acute attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Ability to influence without authority to ensure communications tools are up to date and projects are completed in a timely manner
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years product marketing, field engagement experience and global marketing execution
ROB and/or GTM experience
Demonstrated skills in creating presentation storylines, scripts, and copy that bring a value prop to life
Strong understands marketing principles, branding, and value prop
Capable of analyzing audience and research data to create marketing story for sales materials
Ability to drive events, including event planning, logistic management, content creation and execution
Excellent organizational and project management skills; pays attention to details
Proven track record of running strong cross-group processes that have significant moving parts and deadlines
A strong ability to influence and lead virtual teams to execute against established plans
Interest in identifying and recommending new communication rhythms, and improvements in sales materials
A very strong cross-team collaborator with a successful track record of influencing cross-company teams & peers
Must be action and detail-oriented including solid experience working through multiple internal partners
Budget management expertise
Online advertising business, TV advertising, international marketing experiences, are a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
