Description and Desired Qualifications
CH2M HILL Project Manager Jobs - Bellevue, WA The challenge? Helping our communities stay safely on the move. This position is focused on the leadership and management of projects and programs for CH2M HILL's clients. These projects and programs are aligned to the strategic markets and underlying business objectives of the firm. The incumbent is responsible for delivery of multiple medium projects or a large project. Technical, Financial, Strategic, Team and Client/External Stakeholder Levels of Complexity are typically average, with some aspects of higher complexity evident, and must refer to PD Complexity matrix to validate this level. This role has a demonstrated understanding and application of the knowledge and skill (competencies) required of a project manager; mastery of individual competencies becoming evident in selected areas; a demonstrated understanding and application of the BD/PD process; and is familiar with most of the technologies and delivery methods underpinning the project solution to be delivered. This position understands how projects impact the BG's and firm's performance. The incumbent provides motivation and direction to the project team(s), typically through multiple task and/or functional managers. Decisions have an impact on the resource requirements, scope/schedule/sequence of project activities, client and/or team satisfaction, risk profile, quality, health/safety/environment, and financial performance of one or more projects.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in applicable discipline or equivalent experience.
15 years experience preferred.
