Located on a beautiful Bellevue campus location, surrounded by a woodsy feeling outside, and very modern feeling inside, you'll find that first thing you will feel when you meet this team is a vibrant, fun and enthusiastic energy.
We are looking for someone to do in-person, level 1 technology support and some low-level SQL database reporting. For anything beyond level 1 IT support, you will coordinate further troubleshooting through an outside IT vendor that you will be working closely with on a day to day basis.

Requirements
Detail oriented
Relationship centric approach to IT (focus on solving problems for users not computers)
SQL experience (any knowledge level is acceptable)
Troubleshooting experience for the following:
Windows 7
Microsoft Office 2010 / 2013

Responsibilities
Troubleshooting level 1 IT issues for on-site and remote users.
Working closely with outside vendor on level 2 IT issues.
Coordinating and scheduling with outside vendor on larger projects.
Setup and removal of hardware.
Running SQL scripts and stored procedures for management reporting.
General office administrative tasks
Purchasing supplies
On-ramp and off-ramp new and out-going users

Salary: $45K-$50K DOE. Benefits.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
