Responsibilities
Driving program/project from initiation through delivery.
Interfacing with client on technical and/or project matters.
Creating the functional specifications and/or requirements or scope that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the product, service and/or project will be implemented.
Providing technical and/or analytical information and receive input and approval as required.
Organizing cross functional activities ensuring that the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
Creating and maintaining program/project schedules and status reports.
Working with development and test teams to establish and drive schedules and requirements
Working with development teams to define, implement, and validate the logic behind packages
Constantly improving the project management processes and tools to improve our ability of delivery s reliably, efficiently, and on schedule
Provide Project Status Reports, KPI, Scorecard
Qualifications
At least 2 years' work related experience with project management and/or software design and development.
Ability to work within a budget and direct day to day activities of a program/project.
Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
Ability to think strategically.
Sound business-related skills including judgment and decision making skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve difficult problems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
May require specialized knowledge as defined by project.
Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent work experience/training.
Great communication skills, problem solving expertise, and time management abilities are all critical for success in this role.
A working knowledge of
computer
science and operating systems concepts is required
Proficient in building and using Sharepoint as tool to manage project schedule, deliverable, documents, scorecard, and reports.
