Account Manager-Microsoft Business Development Group Overview: Objective: Posses and demonstrate the ability to effectively function in a business development/relationship management environment. Meet key account management and field performance parameters; work closely with current client personnel, groups and organizations in pursuit of continued revenue and profit attainment, business growth and customer satisfaction. Reports to: VP of Business Development Member of: V- Business Development GroupResponsibilities: Business Management: Comprehensive account management and business development coverage of assigned territory. Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual Business Development revenue and profit objectives, and demonstrating territory growth as a direct result of individual efforts. Ownership and accountability for, account strategy, business development vision, and business management skills: forecasting, expense management, field profit and loss analysis, business case justifications. Territory Management: demonstrate leadership in effective orchestration and utilization of resources to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include contribution to or ownership of account planning activities, effective resource utilization, recruiting teamwork, effective customer relationship management. Teamwork and Communication: Exhibit leadership in teamwork with other CAS staff members. Effectively communicate across all areas of CAS in order to achieve business objectives and maintain positive business environment. Customer Satisfaction: Maximize customer satisfaction through individual actions and effective territory management. Professionalism: Demonstrate professional qualities in all activities that enhance CAS s position in the marketplace.Qualifications: Deep knowledge of specific Microsoft organizations, knowledge of Microsoft products and marketing strategies, ability to function in a demanding environment, self directed discipline and high initiative, team building skills, collaborative proactive partnering orientation, customer service orientation, willingness to accept accountability for results. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
