is looking for an experienced business support administrative assistant to join our customer experience and support practice. The perfect candidate can drive continual improvements with a wide variety of teams in terms of coordinating the RFP processes, contract negotiations, budgeting & forecasting, supplier performance management on behalf of internal customers e.g. customer service & support (CSS) worldwide. Your past business support administrative experience should provide a high-level of efficacy when dealing with on-board/manage the HeadTrax and Myorder systems, as well as communicating across multiple audiences.

Role Purpose
Provide high-level business support to the GPG SMSG teams - enabling cross-group coordination, facilitation & support for the full range of outsourcing processes, tools, and information required by GPG SMSG leadership and the wider team
Provide high-level administrative support to the GPG SMSG teams based in Redmond in an effective, timely and professional manner

Key Accountabilities
Support management of T&E budget for Redmond teams spend including tracking IO budget allocation, team compliance with budget policy, and PO management as required assist and maintain a T&E tracker for the Redmond-based GPG SMSG teams in order to provide a complete and accurate forecast of their travel requirements.
Provide any ad hoc business support for the GPG SMSG Redmond teams when the need arises. Assisting in any special projects that may require business and admin support including preparing presentations, reports and correspondence as required
Assist and co-manage the annual supplier audit schedule for global team including tracking global schedule to targets, highlighting and re-scheduling any potential issues.
Provide co-ordination and support for various projects and cyclical programs including PCI compliance, supplier scorecard management and the SMSG Annual survey.
Scheduling, coordination and facilitation of quarterly Redmond team meetings/off sites including logistics, slide decks and other materials, catering, morale
events
, etc.
Organize travel itineraries for multiple Directors, making sure arrangements are made well in advance to include visa requirements, currency, hotels, transfers, etc.
Assist in the New Hire Process including finding desk space, ordering laptops, etc. for Redmond based employees

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Proven Experience with Microsoft and/or business administration and support
Experience of having worked with large global companies supporting senior management
Excellent working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proactive, self-motivating professional individual
Ability to prioritize and works well (thrives!) under pressure and to specific deadlines
Ability to organize events in the US and also globally with great attention to detail
Team player and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to write, speak and present information effectively and succinctly across multiple audiences and at all levels in the organization.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
