Associate Director, Network Analytics
Our Opportunity:
Chewy is looking for an Associate Director of Network Planning and Analytics to join our Supply Chain team.
This role will be responsible for defining the multi-year analytics roadmap supporting supply chain operations for Chewy.
We re looking for leaders who want to combine cutting edge technical capabilities and the power to harness actionable data, to deliver improved visibility and intelligence for optimizing Chewy operations in supply chain and fulfillment.
Successful candidates should possess a mix of technical and non-technical skills, as the role also requires close collaboration with Sr Leaders to define future insights that improves the business.
The Associate Director will lead a team that drives collaborates across the organization to determine our network structure from supplier to customer.
Evaluating options and driving debate across the inbound, fulfillment, and outbound space will be central to success in this role.
Doing so will require coordination of many different teams, including partners in data science, forecasting, engineering, operations, transportation, and real estate.
This role will help build the infrastructure necessary to deliver analysis, thought leadership, and leadership reviews necessary to make multi-year investments in Chewy s supply chain.
This is an opportunity to build the data structure, metrics, and institutional framework for multi-year planning from the ground up.
What you ll do:
Build metrics and models that evaluate options for inputs/outputs of our network, improving the speed of decision making with salient intelligenceWork with partners in data science to deliver the deep math and analytics necessary to drive future improvement to supply chain operationsWork cross functionally to drive operational excellence across the business through a suite of tailored products that combine the power of data intelligence and engineeringCreate detailed options the define the required inputs and expected outputs to solve our biggest business questions.
Drive leadership reviews to debate our options and gain alignment on our plans.
What you ll need:
6-8
years of Supply Chain and business intelligence experienceData Management background with a team of 4+Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross functional stake holders, influence decisions, and recommend a course of action based on data and analyticsDetail oriented and possess superior organizational, self-motivation and problem-solving skillsExpert understanding of data analysis including advanced proficiency with Excel, SQL, and Tableau, experience with Python or AWS preferredCompensation &
Benefits:
Our salary range for a Associate Director, Network Analytics position is $149,000.
00 - $245,000.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate s relevant experience, education, and work location.
In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
We offer different types of insurance, such as medical/Rx, vision, dental, life, disability, hospital indemnity, critical illness, and accident.
We offer parental leave, family services benefits, backup dependent care, flexible spending accounts, telemedicine, pet adoption reimbursement, employee assistance program, and many discounts including 10% off pet insurance and 20% off at Chewy.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) while salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval.
Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO).
Team members will receive six paid holidays per year.
Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
