Client Service Associate
Description:
We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing client accounts and relationships, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries and requests in a timely manner
- Manage client communications via phone, email, and other channels, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
- Facilitate account openings and transfers by coordinating documentation accurately and efficiently
- Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
- Collaborate with our financial advisors to prepare materials for client reviews and meetings, ensuring all necessary information is readily available
- Stay updated on our firm's offerings and services to provide informed assistance to clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong commitment to professionalism and building positive client relationships
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and financial planning software is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
