Instructional Designer , AMXL L&D
AMXL Learning and Development needs a passionate, experienced, and creative Instructional Designer to build out interactive virtual learning experiences for a global audience.
The AMXL Instructional Designer needs to be expert in developing eLearning for mobile environments as well as implementing courseware at scale.
The AMXL Instructional Designer will ensure AMXL Associates, Delivery Associates, and Leaders succeed on the job while remaining safe.
Key job responsibilities- Create and maintain interactive, best-in-class eLearning experiences using Storyline 360 - Design and own end-to-end learning experiences for a global audience including onboarding training, on the job assessments, and continuous education - Partner with Design team to drive best practices and define quality and design expectations - Work with SMEs and PMs to define learning objectives and learning metrics- Localize and translate courses for EU and NA audiences We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Bellevue, WA, USA Nashville, TN, USA Tempe, AZ, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
