Big new role to lead the HR function, overseeing talent acquisition, administration, talent development and training, and people operations.
Work closely with the Executive team, synching with their goals and visions, and take the lead in building the roadmap to achieve those goals.
Build out new programs, enhance existing ones, putting extra focus on strengthening and boosting talent development and training specifically.
