Water Resources Client Team Leader / Senior Project Manager

DEA's Puget Sound Region is currently hiring for an experienced Water Resources Client Team Leader / Senior Project Manager in our Water and Environment Business Unit.
DEA's Water Resources Group continues to grow in technical expertise and is looking for someone who can market these skills to current and potential clients.
Typical Water Resource projects may includeSurface and stormwater managementHydrologic/hydraulic analyses in support of culvert/bridge design, scour analyses, floodplain modeling, and permittingRiparian restoration designFish passage design The primary focus for this position will be to grow our Puget Sound Water Resources Market and lead Water Resource projects.
The responsibilities for this role will be diverse and will include participating in both business development activities and project management.
Office locations include Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, Olympia and Woodinville.
Client Team Leader responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Responsible for the full relationship and overall client experience of clients in the Water Resources marketDevelop significant new business, lead client teams and cross-business unit selling, assess client technology trends, and perform client sales forecastingManage the overall client experience and build, maintain, and deepen the client relationshipsMonitor project manager performance on their client's projectsConduct client experience surveysCoach project managers on client expectations and provide feedback on project manager and delivery team performance, including removing underperforming project managers or staffEngage in project recovery and supports collections as neededIdentify and pursue Water Resource-specific project opportunitiesMake go/ no-go decisions and determine pursuit staffing and teaming partnersResponsible for client profitability, favorable contract terms, revenue forecasting, and the client sales result Project Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Serve as a pursuit champion and project manager as appropriate for Water Resource projectsEnsure excellence in project execution for on-time, on-budget deliverables of a quality that meet or exceed the industry's standard of careProvide design leadership and guidance to project teams and staff.
Review engineering documents and deliverables for compliance with contractual requirements as part of DEA's Quality Management requirementsWork with the Water Resources Practice and Group Leaders to ensure office resources are available to complete existing project work as well as work committed to in proposalsAttract, develop, and retain key talent; set expectations and manage performancePartner with Water Resources staff to support employee development and career growth opportunities for project delivery staffWork with the Water Resources Practice and Group Leaders to ensure the Business Unit metrics and DEA's stated key results are met, including, but not limited to:
sales, backlog, growth, utilization, accounts receivable, employee satisfaction, team satisfaction, client satisfaction, profit, at-work revenue factor, operating income, and days sales outstandingAdhere to firmwide tools, processes, and policies including project accounting (set up, budgeting, etc.
), contracting, and quality requirementsBasic QualificationsBS in Civil Engineering with emphasis in stormwater management and/or water resource designRegistered Engineer in WashingtonStrong written and verbal communication skills15
years of experience as a hydrology and hydraulic design engineer working on water resource design, stream restoration, and fish passage projects 5
years in a business development role with clients in the Puget Sound marketPreferred Qualifications20

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
