As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the long-term planning.
This role will be responsible for partnering with multiple stakeholders to forecast the business needs for the next 3 years.
A critical part of this role is to develop stable models and to be able to take the stabilized models to the next level from an automation standpoint.
This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with Operations, Finance, Recruiting, and HR stakeholders in a high-pressure environment.
You will manage a high-visibility program and partner with all levels of leadership to exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist.
Key job responsibilities - Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, SQL, Access and other data management systems.
- Monitor existent metrics, analyze data and partner with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
- Support cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of the existent program implementation.
- Drive small to medium operational enhancement projects.
- Research and implement cost reduction opportunities.

You will lead the development and execution of new worldwide transportation initiatives designed to improve overall efficiency and meet the ever-growing demand for last mile capacity.

Bellevue, WA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
