Senior Program Manager, Network Execution, NACF Planning & Execution (PLEX)
We are looking for an experienced, driven, analytical and innovative Sr.
Program Manager to join the newly formed Network Execution Team, within the NACF PPT (Production Planning Team) organization.
This individual will build mechanisms to summarize and deep dive network performance, and develop action plans for improvement.
They will support big challenges for the business in areas that are ambiguous with limited clear ownership.
The right candidate will be a fast learner that is highly analytical, earns trust of those that they work with, and is tenacious in finding solutions to problems others have been unable to solve.
They are able to nimbly jump from initiative to initiative, priority to priority, while maintaining organization and driving results that impact across WW Operations.
They are a trusted partner to senior leaders who they coordinate with directly and regularly.
To be successful, the Sr Program Manager will be able to operate in ambiguous environments with no clear ownership.
They will need to be an influencer capable of earning trust and working effectively with leaders across multiple organizations.
They will be able to develop data-based insights and turn them into actionable workplans, and clearly communicate to drive buy-in and adoption across a diverse group of stakeholders with competing priorities.
Key job responsibilitieso Compile, manage, and report on weekly network performance, and developing improvement action planso Build relationships and identify with stakeholders across the organization.
o Knowledge in ambiguous environments and lead other teams without line of sight to a clear solution in the short term.
o Identify and evaluate potential risks/obstacles both internal and external business environment with minimal directiono Solve difficult business problems in areas that are ambiguous.
Think big, develop and nurture new ideas, but apply high standards to weed out ideas that are less impactful.

This role is on the Network Execution (NEXT) team, that directly supports PPT by building programs that look around corners, simplifies processes, and reduces variability and costs.
NEXT is the go-to-team for any analysis or understanding of network performance, and partners closely with Business Intelligence teams to turn data into insights and actions.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Austin, TX, USA Bellevue, WA, USA Nashville, TN, USA Tempe, AZ, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
