Principal Technical Program Manager, Trust CX Innovations

In this role, you will drive solutions that require technology, process, and operations to drive customer trust in world-class AI driven products.
The projects will have high degrees of ambiguity, will require diving deep into the technology, develop new standards, and drive new inventions to generate long term sustainable solutions.
Key job responsibilitieso You will be responsible for diving deep into technical systems, understanding them well and staying connected to the details;o You will be responsible for delivering results despite working in an ambiguous environment;o You will need a strong bias for action and be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously;o You will define strategy and build and execute road maps for the programs you own;o You will be responsible for overall coordination, quality and productivity and will be the primary point of contact for world-wide stakeholders of programs that you run;o Throughout, you will internalize Amazon's Leadership Principles, and live those into everyday practices to guide your programs to success.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
