Program Manager, Global Service Compliance

We are seeking a stellar compliance manager with operational experience in internet service provider (ISP)/telecom obligations to join the Global Service Compliance (GSC) team supporting Amazon's Project Kuiper.
Amazon's Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

Key job responsibilitiesWorking closely with Kuiper legal, engineering, accounting, tax and finance teams, you will develop out-of-this-world strategies for operationalizing requirements in creative ways that allow Kuiper to meet compliance requirements across the globe.
As a Program Manager for Kuiper GSC, you will support requirements review and responsive requirements writing, as well as testing for business operationalization.
You will also be the product owner for systems Kuiper implements to enable compliance with extensive legal and regulatory obligations.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
You will be called on to manage projects and program mechanisms, facilitate agreement between teams with different - and sometimes competing - priorities, escalate or act with appropriate urgency to move the program forward even in the face of ambiguity, and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
This position is based in Bellevue, WA.
Some travel, domestic and international, may be required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
