The Senior Program Manager for DSP Capacity Planning will be a key leader in the long-term capacity strategy and planning for the DSP Program.
This role emphasizes creating alignment among various stakeholder teams.
The program manager will design scalable programs that optimize business size for our top partners while also ensuring we don't weight too much capacity on too few partners.
By working closely with multiple teams, both upstream and downstream, the program manager will establish a cohesive approach to find this balance.

The Sr Program Manager will be responsible for constantly evolving strong forecasting and analytical models that can reliably predict long range capacity needs in a high growth and high variability environment.
Key job responsibilities- Build scalable and data driven long range DSP capacity plans.
- Build and manage processes to incorporate planning inputs in a seamless and scalable manner.
- Build partnerships with upstream planning functions to measure, control and respond to planning variations.
- Work cross-functionally with field operations and functional leaders to drive influence in capacity planning and management.
- Drive leadership business reviews on long term capacity strategy.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
