As a Sr.
Product Manager in the Central Growth & Expansion team, you will be responsible for defining and owning new product development and its execution.
You will start by interacting with business operations teams in NA, APAC, and EU to understand the most pressing business challenges that they face and by appreciating the current experiences for our Delivery Partners.
You will work with finance, program, and tech teams to generate business plans that deliver great experiences for Delivery Partners and solve our business needs.
This will include evaluating the current landscape, developing pricing structures, operational approach, financial models, and marketing plans.
It will also entail the need to run weekly review and ensure delivery of business outcomes.
You will partner with our Amazon Flex technology teams and the broader Last Mile org to develop the product roadmap, and will partner with local teams to operationally execute on new business models.
Key job responsibilitieso Manage full lifecycle development of a Product with considerable impact across multiple organizationso Work autonomously, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions, and reasons behind leadership decisions o Work with tech, finance managers, business leaders, and executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiativesWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Bellevue, WA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
