Senior Strategy and Execution Lead, Global Realty
Amazon is seeking a passionate and motivated Senior Strategy and Execution Lead to join the Strategic Planning & Execution team solving complex challenges and ensuring the strategic planning, deployment, and execution of Global Realty initiatives.
In this role you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that drive positive organizational performance.
You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, formulate actionable plans, and execute strategies that drive measurable results.
This role requires a combination of strategic vision, analytical prowess, and exceptional leadership to guide our organization through ambiguity and transformation.
The role will include occasional travel up to 40%Key job responsibilitieso Drive cross-functional partnerships to define and refine strategies for business goals, initiatives, and prioritieso Develop comprehensive strategic plans with clear objectives, milestones, and metricso Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelineso Coordinate and facilitate strategic planning sessions, workshops, and discussionso Provide hands-on support to project teams, removing obstacles, and facilitating collaboration to achieve desired outcomeso Track, evaluate, and report progress towards strategic goals, identifying risk and opportunities for mitigation o Lead change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions within the organizationo Coordinate continuous improvement strategies that focus on reducing the cost to serve, frugality, and other business goalsA day in the lifeAmazon offers a full range of benefits that support you and eligible family members, including domestic partners and their children.
