The Business Planning Role within Global Realty serves as a program leader on numerous business topics across the portfolio of the team.
The role will focus specifically on North America Real Estate (NA RE) within Global Realty.
The group's mission is to deliver building and engineering expertise, resources, and products in addition to change and cost evaluations that exceed industry standards to internal Amazon customers.
Key job responsibilitiesThe person in this role will be leveraged as Global Realty's single threaded owner and expert on all products and services associated with building design, building engineering, design change, and optimized cost evaluation for Amazon's existing and planned real estate portfolio.
This includes:
- Manage deliverables for weekly, monthly, annual and multi-year planning and business reviews within Global Realty- Execute the annual goals planning process- Implement systems that ensure strong follow-up management occurs on action items and questions with relevant senior leaders- Management of competing priorities across a wide range of stakeholders- Ensure time is focused on the highest value activities and issues- Build and manage agendas for leadership meetings and off sites- Provide an independent perspective and acting as a sounding board for ideas- Create content for periodic update emails and all-hands meetings as well as internal and external presentationsWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Bellevue, WA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
