If so, we have the job for you!NASC Engineering is searching for an innovative and solutions-oriented Strategic Planning Engineer to lead process initiatives and manage under the roof (UTR) improvements (process design & material flow) for Amazon's Middle Mile network.
A Strategic Planning Engineer's goal is to provide transparent and collaborative support to our customers, helping them overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
We strive to introduce effective solutions to address organizational challenges and consistently challenge our own assumptions to drive consistency across initiatives.
Strategic Planning Engineers value their direct relationship with stakeholders and customers and ensure that all requests are evaluated and prioritized based on data-driven analysis aligned with strategic business directives.
We also provide transparency in the decision-making process and encourage input and approval from cross-functional teams across NASC Engineering.
We keep our customers updated on the status of their requests, provide clear directions on the next steps, and explain why requests are approved or declined.
We fully embrace Amazon's principles and consistently implement scalable, simple, customer-focused programs and processes that align with strategic directives.
We are flexible and adapt to the unique and changing needs of our customers.
You will work with a team of highly skilled and highly engaged engineers in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.

Key job responsibilitieso Spearhead prioritization of strategic initiativeso Create and maintain standard processes and documentationo Lead meetings, while ensuring the team is tracking to their deliverableso Provide insight and identify risks for business decisionso Gate-keep all internal and external requests and support the team in prioritizing the requests that are taken ono Report project status updates to the NASC Engineering Director and VPo Effective communication skills, with the ability to execute the team visionWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Bellevue, WA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
