Leading efforts to reduce supply chain costs while enhancing lead time and reliability, this individual will contribute to developing the vision, roadmaps, and plans for network design changes alongside partner teams.
Exceptional candidates will boast a background in Global logistics, possessing expertise in network design and topology, data modeling, and technology solutions crucial for navigating the evolving demands of a complex supply chain network.
This role demands collaboration with various cross-functional stakeholders, both internal and external, to align strategies that deliver substantial business impact.
The incumbent should demonstrate sound judgment, facilitating constructive dialogues, reconciling conflicting perspectives, and garnering consensus across multiple teams autonomously.
Effective communication skills are essential, enabling the Senior Manager to articulate complex decisions, challenging trade-offs, and potential solutions clearly to leaders, facilitating informed decision-making.
As a managerial position, this role involves leading a team of Business Analysts and Supply Chain Managers.
Key job responsibilities- Develop and execute network design and topology solutions from multiple international ports to various destination countries.
- Lead a team of Business Analysts and Supply Chain Managers.
- Responsible for providing visibility to the leadership team via written documents on network optimization solutions and collaborating across all stakeholders and team members, anticipating and removing obstacles with a sense of urgency, and keeping program deliverables on track.
- Maintain a global scope in building mechanisms and projects, partnering with leaders in the US, CN, EU, JP, CA, MX regions, thereby sharing best practices and standardization.
- Comfortable with ambiguities, conflicting priorities, and multicultural and matrix environments.
Work with ambitious timelines.
- Some travel will be required for this role as partner teams are placed globally.
This travel is not expected to exceed 25%.
