Program Manager, Learning Process Engineering

The Learning Process Engineering (LPE) organization exists to create cost effective, best in class onboarding and developmental solutions to support business operational priorities.
We do this with standard repeatable agnostic processes with a focus on a blended workforce to unlock flexibility and speed for our operators and customers.
Key job responsibilitiesThe LPE Program Manager (PM) on the Associate Proficiency team is responsible for managing the unique needs of the associate learner population within Rapid and Rural logistics businesses.
They oversee business requirements, stakeholders, and timelines throughout the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of a new learning program.
In the analysis phase, PMs must understand the business need or gap via strategic analysis of qualitative and quantitative inputs.
In the design phase, PMs partner with a Learning Specialist and SMEs to design a solution that solves the business need.
In this phase PMs identify a senior project sponsor and day-to-day SMEs to support the project through completion.
In the development phase, PMs must effectively manage risks, identify potential timeline challenges, and incorporate them into the project plan in order to launch on schedule.
The PM plays a crucial role in ensuring that all interdependencies are considered, thus ensuring the project solves a critical business need within an expected timeline.
Understanding and managing stakeholder needs is essential for the PM's success.
About the teamThe Associate Proficiency team helps new and transitioning Rapid and Rural logistics associates onboard and assimilate into their roles through 8-step New Hire Orientation and the Beginner Proficiency Journey.
The team also optimizes the associate path to proficiency beyond Week 1, defines cross-training progressions and requirements, and establishes guard rails around role retraining and recertification.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
