Compensation:
$75k-$88k Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate's qualifications, competencies, experience, geographic location.

Responsibilities include exploring opportunities, tracking trends, validating concepts, and leading successful launches in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The Associate Brand Manager is dedicated to delivering exceptional value by identifying and capitalizing on business growth opportunities while executing precise national marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and bring to life national promotions aligned with the marketing calendar Build and present recommendations to executive team and steering committee Manage project timelines and budget for national marketing initiatives Guide store planogram development in collaboration with creative and production teams Launch new products by overseeing brief development, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring execution across all MOD markets Collaborate with the finance team to analyze and align financial and marketing data, driving informed decision-making and strategic development Optimize the effectiveness of national promotions through continuous analysis, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and delivering measurable results Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to maximize the effectiveness of national promotions and foster collaborative initiatives Ensure projects are delivered on time through constant collaboration, communication, and project management with cross-functional partners Drive brand innovation opportunities for category growth by guiding the culinary concepts pipeline in our secondary menu categories Lead the collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Finance, Brand, Digital, Supply chain, and Creative to deliver category insights and guide future strategies Basic Qualifications Minimum 4 years' experience in product marketing Minimum of 2 years creating, executing, and evaluating national campaigns.
A desire to learn and expand skill in category ownership.
Experience presenting ideas both verbally and written to senior leadership.
Expertise in brief writing and the creative process Exposure and understanding of budgeting or a P&L Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Smartsheet Behavioral Qualifications Results-driven team player, keen on collaboration and co-creation Possess a bias-for-action mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment High attention to detail Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills Passion for furthering MOD's mission Fit with MOD's Core Values Be authentic and innovative with our brand and products Continually strive for improvement Prioritize activities that have the biggest impact Be responsive and go the extra mile Act with a sense of urgency No one succeeds alone Preferred Qualifications Experience in marketing, promotions, and the retail/restaurant space highly preferred Job Type:
