Responsibilities:
This role requires the ability to think strategically and translate market and industry trends, into practical product positioning, collateral, and effective marketing execution.
Articulate the business value of Targetprocess and contribute to thought leadership.
Stay abreast of competitive developments and ensure our GTM motion reflects these changes.
Develop the go-to-market strategy for your product including levers spanning positioning, packaging, offers, channel, marketing campaign tactics and service packaging to drive the business.
Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross functional implementation of the plan.
Partner with corporate marketing to execute cutting edge marketing campaigns.
Influence product roadmap, feature releases and business strategy by understanding market and customer dynamics to advocate for the right investments.
Partner with product management to distill high-value investments into compelling & differentiated product messaging.
Work directly with customers to gather feedback on product, value proposition and messaging and build customer advocacy relationships.
Ensure customer-facing organizations such as marketing, sales, partner, and customer success are properly informed about product details, messaging, sales tools, pricing and release schedules.
Actively evangelize your product to prospects, partners and influencers through all available channels.
Partner with the customer success team to package the right service offerings and ensure product adoption and value realization.
Track and report out on product line business results, key insights, and strategy to key stakeholders.
Team Leadership Lead a small team of product marketing managers, providing direction on priorities, goals and objectives.
Be a driving force for progress and achievement of program goals by aligning teams with clear definition of success.
Work closely with leadership team to build a high performing Product Marketing organization.
Develop deep relationships with Product Management and product leadership to become a trusted advisor.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors Degree required; MBA preferred.
At least seven years of professional experience, including at least three years of product marketing or related business strategy and consulting experience.
Experience managing and developing teams.
Experience in Agile Planning or Portfolio Management and exposure to Enterprise and medium sized clientele Skills and Abilities Required:
Confidence with collaborating across product and marketing leadership to drive a point of view around the future of the product and go-to-market campaigns.
Solid understanding of key business challenges within IT and software development, top IT initiatives, industry forums, groups and buying processes Experience with analyst relations is a plus.
Critical thinking and strong problem-solving acumen, instinct, and experience with highly matrixed cross functional environments Solid technical knowledge foundation with the ability to translate technical content into business value for internal and external stakeholders.
Proven experience in creating content for marketing materials for demand generation campaigns, data sheets, press releases and other promotional collateral and communications.
This is a hybrid or onsite role in one of these locations.
