Responsibilities Perform comprehensive outpatient psychiatric evaluations and treatment of psychiatric disorders, including substance abuse disorders.
Develop treatment plans, utilizing therapies based on evidenced-based standards of care and practice guidelines.
Providing brief psychotherapy in combination with pharmacotherapy Monitor and continuously improve patient outcomes.
Provide timely and accurate charting of clinical encounters through our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Accurately code clinical encounters with CPT and diagnosis codes Screen patients for physical illness and analyze explanations for psychiatric illness, as well as assess risk factors in patients for mental illness and broader wellness evaluations.
Meet patients in office and/or via Telehealth HIPPA protected video call.
Work with our nurse practitioners and support staff to ensure the quality of care for our patients' physical and mental wellness needs.
Maintains documentation of services in our EMR program in a timely fashion.
These records include service plans, progress notes, informed consent, treatment plan reviews, any records needed to meet third-party payor or governmental requirements, and any other documentation as needed.
Required
Qualifications:
Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner ANCC Certification Current Valid Washington State Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) License Active DEA/CSR certificate license Excellent verbal and written communication skills Interest in evidence-based interventional treatment methods Positive, flexible, and solution-focused Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Have an existing WA state business license, in the process of obtaining a WA state business license or be willing to obtain a WA state business license.
Preferred
Qualifications:
2 or more years of experience New graduates are welcome.
Licensed in the state of Oregon (Optional, we will assist in acquiring Oregon License) Washington APRN License Professional liability insurance Prior experience in behavioral health including working with adolescent and adult populations.
Proficient in mental health evaluations, diagnostics, developing treatment plans, and medications management.
Prefer applicants residing in Washington State.
Strong computer skills including fluency in electronic medical records (EMR), Microsoft Suite, and videoconferencing platforms.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
