We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Device Associate to perform digital content evaluation on games consumed on Amazon's Luna Platform.
You will manage the processing of new submissions and re-submissions to include record creation, download, install, and test digital content to ensure it meets Amazon's high quality bar.
Above all, you will play a vital role in helping us meet our game selection expansion goals while protecting our high-quality customer experience.
Key job responsibilitiesAs a Device Test Associate you will:
- Download, install, and test games, on Fire TV, and non-Amazon devices to ensure digital content adheres to Amazon's content policies and high-quality bar for Luna - Work with the program management teams to address content issues as required- Maintain detailed and accurate evaluation notes on issue tracking - Identify and champion process improvement ideas and systems enhancements that could increase the productivity or quality of our content operations - Play a vital role in helping us meet our daily catalog goals while protecting our high-quality customer experience.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Bellevue, WA, USA Seattle, WA, USA Sumner, WA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
