The team partners with multiple business lines, including Amazon Logistics (AMZL); Amazon XL (AMXL); Amazon AIR, Last Mile, Middle Mile and Supply Chain Optimization Technology (SCOT); as well as numerous corporate teams.

We are seeking a Principle HRBP for our Last Mile Delivery Tech (LMDT) organization.
This position is part of the Ops and Tech People, eXperience & Technology (PXT) (PXT=HR) leadership team.
This role will partner with the PXT Director to support the business.
The role will also execute our people initiatives, manage and coach a team of HR Business Partners, and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement.
We are looking for an HR professional who has the ability to diagnose issues and influence solutions/outcomes.
The individual in this role must be able to interface effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization.
This role requires excellent communication skills, management and coaching skills, influencing skills, planning/project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, rigorous environment.
This role requires travel as needed.
Key job responsibilitieso Partner with PXT Director and business leadership to execute strategy, mitigate risks and drive results.
o Engage in strategic planning meetings to translate business needs into human resources plans.
o Coach and mentor at leadership L8 and above level.
o Influence and execute a team of HRBPs and cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive recurring Org Health and Business Reviews o Influence and execute the annual PXT efforts relating to Talent and Performance Management, Compensation Management, Succession Planning and Leadership Development for respective client groups.
o Partner with the LMDT talent acquisition team to build scalable recruiting programs to create a sustainable pipeline of talent.
o Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and working with large data sets o Build a team-oriented environment, empowering employees to Invent & Simplify and Deliver Results.
o Leverage strong data and analytical skills to implement processes and demonstrate impact.
A day in the lifeThis Principal HRBP will have experience working in fast-paced, large-scale environments and can engage collaboratively at all levels of a commercial organization.
The successful candidate will exhibit the broad range of competencies required for success in influencing peers and business leaders, including development, problem solving, working with complex data analysis and reporting, handling sensitive information, concise and compelling communications, and broad influence skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
