Job Descriptions:
He/she must be able to perform a variety of tasks and duties including, but not limited to:
Organize and maintain the patient charting process, prioritizing and reviewing charts for completeness.
Courteously answers the telephone and interact professionally with patientsGreet all patients with a smile and a professional, courteous attitudeManage the patient schedule, working cooperatively with front and back-office staff to ensureworkflowVerify insurance coverage for the planned treatmentCollect payment from patients and reconciles daily cash reportsPreparing patient prescriptionsPresent treatment plans after calculating patient co-payments and insurance benefitsEducating patients about their treatmentPreparing & submitting dental claimsPreferred Job Requirements:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
