com/ />How YOU will make a Difference:
As a Cloud Solutions Architect at HMA, you'll be part of the Information Technology team and work closely with the rest of the HMA business.
You will act as the architect of HMA's modern healthcare platform and be the expert on the use of modern architecture and assist with design and implementation of technologies to modernize HMA's technology stack.
What YOU will do:
Gain a good understanding of HMA's current technology stack, it's history and purpose.
Advise, design, and implement modern cloud-based architectures based on best of breed, leading edge technology on the Microsoft Azure Cloud ServiceDevelop a roadmap for HMA's Third Party Administrator PlatformDefine and document requirements to enable services to run on the TPA Platform, including logging, monitoring, and alerting.
Partner with department teams to understand opportunities for improved experiences for clients, brokers and members.
Define and document design and architecture methodologies.
Define and document design and development requirements.
Perform level 3 incidence response activities.
Ensure solutions adhere to security and privacy requirements.
Collaborate with IT team and Business colleagues to review, analyze and collaborate on business challenges and possible solutions.
Research HealthCare technology trends, standards, new methods, and techniques used in order to expand HMA's service offerings.
Support projects across associated business processes, such as development, change management, vendor on-boarding and service integrations.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on cloud based technologies as well as design and architectural patterns.
Knowledge, Experience, and Key Attributes needed for Success:
Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred7-10
years of experience with cloud based technologies.
7-10
years of experience with architecting for scale5
years of experience with agile and scrum methodologies7-10
years of experience building design and architectural diagrams, documentation, and templates.
Experience with complementary SaaS based technologies to augment custom development projects.
Experience with Health Care related projects and technology standards preferredAdditional preferred
Experience:
Familiarity with compliance regulations (HIPAA, SOC2), or have worked in other industry regulated environment.
Excellent time management and communication skillsHave experience with HealthCare related operations.
Strong ability to research technical challenges and learn quickly to provide guidance.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this position in the greater Seattle area is $157,000-$191,000 p/yr and varies dependent on geography, skills, experience, education, and other job or market-related factors.
Performance-based incentive bonus(es) is available.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
