Job Requirements:
Assist THIRA nurse to create, maintain, and track patient health history and medical documentationPerform skin check on patients with a history of Non-Suicidal Self Injury (NSSI) and inform the team of any observed evidence of recent NSSIAssist patients with self-administered medication while on-site at programAdminister lab orders and call in prescription refills on behalf of the Chief Medical OfficerObserve and report changes in patient's behaviors, physical symptoms, and mental health status to the clinical team, including licensed nurse and Chief Medical OfficerConduct vital sign exams on a weekly basis and document quickly and accurately in electronic health recordSupport and assist psychotherapists, dietitians, art therapist, and milieu support therapist in creating and maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu environmentAssist with medical supply ordering and track usage of these suppliesPerform job duties while complying with all HIPAA, institutional and health department regulationsSupport Mental Health/Diet Technicians responsibilities as needed
