Transportation & Recipient Experience (TRX) is the multidisciplinary design studio responsible for envisioning and delivering end-to-end, customer-focused solutions across the ecosystem of products that power Amazon's global Transportation, Shipping, and Seller Services.
In this role you will be a part of the TRX Program Management Office, a team of design program managers that support the designers, researchers, and managers of the TRX design studio as they work with product teams within Amazon Transportation Services.
As a Design Program Manager, you will.
You will drive the creation and maintenance of a work environment that empowers TRX designers to do their best work in a way that is innovative, sustainable, and customer obsessed.
You will demonstrate ownership and systems thinking as you tailor your mechanisms and support to the unique needs of your designers and their products.
You will also support the TRX team of design program managers and collaborate with them to improve the design practice and operational excellence of the entire studio.
As a part of the TRX Program Management Office, you will be supported by a community of design program managers and collaborate to improve studio-wide operations.

Workshop new mechanisms and provide feedback to othersShare mechanisms that workDrive studio tools and resourcesCreate and drive connections with the larger Operations Design CommunityShape the future of TRX by driving strategic studio-level projectsKey job responsibilitiesModeling the facilitation of team scrum ceremonies (stand-up, sprint planning, retros, etc)Evolve, document and model team mechanismsCompose design program PRFAQ's, business review docs, and work-back plansAdvocate for the happiness and productivity of your designersForge relationships with product and engineering leaders to maximize design contributionsProtect vision and align design team goalsCaptain team communications and oversee releases.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
