Senior Web Designer, Last Mile Experience Design
Job summaryThe Last Mile Experience Design Team (LMXD) team is a multifaceted design and research team that owns the bar for UX, VX and research across all Amazon Last Mile offerings including the Delivery Service Partner program, Amazon FLEX, Amazon Hub and Hub DP.
The LMXD team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Web Designer with a wide skill set to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with all elements of web design, graphic design, illustration and branding.
This position requires a high level of ownership, customer obsessions attention to detail and a passion for growing global brands and design systems.
The candidate will work directly with art directors, program and project managers, and other internal business partners to craft and implement bar-raising designs across all of our digital platforms.
In addition, the candidate will work closely with UX designers to develop visual elements for in-app and internal tool experiences.
Our ideal candidate will also be comfortable presenting their work, and incorporating feedback into their designs.
Prior experience in an agency or in-house design team creating designs for global brands is highly preferred.
Key job responsibilitiesOwn conceptualization and creation of web experiences across all Amazon Last Mile verticals.
Work with content strategists, visual designers, marketers and other business partners to create designs.
Leverage the brand voice and visual design systems for tonally consistent work across all mediums.
Present designs to stakeholders including wireframes, prototypes and launched web experiences.
Scope design initiatives and manage/prioritize work items based on timelines and business goals.
Proactively managing opportunities, risk, requirements, timelines, and resources to ensure product excellence.

LMXD is a horizontal supporting multiple verticals globally including Amazon Flex, the Delivery Service Partner program, Amazon Locker and Counter, Hub DP, and Global Fleet.
Core disciplines within LMXD include UX, VX and research.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
