Department Overview As a senior accountant, you will fill a critical role in our accounting team for day-to-day full cycle accounting. This role will manage, process, and follow up on all transactions related to order-to-cash as well as some procure to pay. The ideal candidate is a technology & system-savvy, self-starter, excellent problem-solver, detail-oriented, highly analytical hardworking individual who is able to multitask, work independently, and successfully communicate with internal departments, management, and customers on a daily basis. Most importantly, we are looking for an individual who is highly motivated and excited about a role in a rapidly growing environment. No task is too large or too small. Job Description This position can be remote anywhere in the USA Manage day-to-day accounting operations related to full cycle accounting Ensure proper revenue recognition under ASC 606 Work closely with Billings and Shared Services teams to ensure transactions are properly accounted for Manage AR related reporting and communication with the customers and internal departments Manage monthly balance sheet account reconciliations Perform revenue, deferred revenue, and deferred cost flux analysis Perform inventory reconciliation and coordination between supply chain finance Support month-end and year-end close tasks related to billings, collections, revenue recognition, prepaid and deferred costs. Collaborate cross-functionally and serve as subject matter expert Drive process improvement and automation Assist in other ad hoc projects as needed Preferred Skills:

years of progressive revenue accounting experience BA/BS in Accounting or related field Experience with subscription and license based billing and revenue recognition Intermediate to advanced knowledge of excel and/or google sheets Solid understanding of how ERP, IT and other systems are designed and integrated for scale, efficiency and the impact on accounting and business operations Self-driven and highly motivated High attention to details and excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and be a team player Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills including experience building and maintaining a diverse set of relationships Proven experience working on a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and deliver results on-time with quality Ability to understand and quickly learn new accounting software and other systems Not afraid to get your hands dirty, no job is too big or too small Basic Requirements Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration 3
