Implementation Engineer at Radial in Remote

Responsibilities:
Performs Radial, Inc. software installations, upgrades and configurations Support custom scripts using vbScript, PowerShell, and MSSQL to satisfy customer requests Provide third level support, assisting account managers on complex software issues analyzing and updating data to meet specific client needs and support requests Perform quality testing of the Radial, Inc. software with special attention and focus on meeting customer expectations and requirements Identify, analyze, and document problems, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functions Works with development to articulate and drive application modifications Works on special projects such as server relocations, server environment setup and CICD deploys.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent Experience with Windows Server Administration (IIS, Event Viewer, Task Scheduler) Experience working with environments containing load-balanced servers and database clusters Experience deploying code to multiple environments (Dev, UAT, Production) Familiar with Azure and Chef tools Consistently meeting project deadlines on time Ability to work off hours when required Able to work efficiently as part of a project delivery team Superior problem identification and problem solving skills Self-starter able to take ownership of tasks without being asked and completing assigned tasks with minimal supervision Excellent oral and written communication skills Highly organized with great attention to detail Ability to work with 1st and 2nd level support analysts and clients Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities Desire to learn new technologies and to troubleshoot and resolve client issues Fast-paced, high-intensity work environment Focus on customer satisfaction
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
