Payroll Administrator/Recruiter
We are looking for a full-time Payroll Administrator/Recruiter. This position is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Job Description:
Enter weekly for up to 500 employees
Follow up with employees or clients regarding reported time
Generate reports using our software system
Recruit top talent to be placed on assignment
Recruit via phone, email, off-site job fairs, etc
Approximately 40% payroll and 60% recruiting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
experience processing payroll, light accounting or working in customized software programs
Confident and professional via email and phone
Goal orientated
Must work well with deadlines and problem solving

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
